Cold red bell peppers
Cold kosher dill
Hot sliced kielbasa pork sausage
Sauté in EVOO and butter - half mooned shallot, diced garlic, rough cut broccoli and cauliflower
Serve with warm naan, in a pita, or eat straight up - enjoy!
